Our mission is to improve mental health through yoga, meditation & community building.

The environment and activities make everyone feel better and we create a safe space for people to share their challenges & struggles.

ACTIVITIES

Every Tuesday morning, we gather at sunrise in Bondi Beach for yoga, meditation and to create a safe space for anyone to discuss their challenges.

There are now hundreds of scientific studies showing the positive impact of yoga & meditation on mental health.

A NATURAL ENVIRONMENT

Waking up early and being outdoors

There is now an extensive body of science proving the importance of waking up early and being outdoors for our wellbeing. Our bodies and circadian clocks simply work better when in tune with nature.
